What was the best business advice you ever received?

I received a lot of business and personal advice and I think the following are all good ones: lead by example, every day is a new day, put your family first, and above all, believe in yourself and be true to yourself.

If you could choose another profession, what would it be?

I truly enjoy my profession and the industry I work in and I enjoy that the real estate market is ever changing. My passion is strategic planning and marketing, so my position at Taylor Morrison is a great fit. But, I've always wanted be a movie star.

What is the biggest risk you've ever taken in your career?

That was starting my own business. And at that time I was running two businesses: one of my own and the one with my husband. On top of that I had two kids. Risky business.

If you could travel anywhere in the world, where would you start?

I would travel to Ireland and Scotland because that's my heritage.
