College volleyball | SCF loses in state tourney

JACKSONVILLE -- The State College of Florida Manatees lost in the semifinal competition of the Florida Collegiate Systems Activities Association tournament to the College of Central Florida from Ocala in three games by scores of 17-25, 15-25 and 23-25. Tessa Alyman, who had five kills, two aces and 10 digs in the effort, was named to the all-tournament team. Also leading the Manatees were Brittane Hunter (seven kills, three blocks), Danielle Williams (seven kills, two blocks), Rachel Arneson (six kills), Natalie Fraley (nine digs) and Brittany Jaco (nine digs, two aces).
