The Village of the Arts in Bradenton celebrates its 7th annual "Dia de los Muertos -- Festival of the Skeletons" on Friday and Saturday with more than 35 galleries as well as five restaurants scheduled to participate.

Attendees are invited to stroll the sidewalks to the sounds of Mexican music while viewing life-size decorated skeletons and family shrines.

Enjoy local Mexican food as you participate in celebrating the life of famed Mexican painter Frida Kahlo at the traditional Dia de los Muertos Community Shrine in the Village Park and Memory Wall to Loved Ones.
