TAMPA -- Republican presidential nominee Mitt Romney will attend a "Victory Rally" in Tampa at 10:45 a.m. Wednesday. He will be joined by Senate nominee Rep. Connie Mack IV, of Fort Myers, and by other members of the Republican Party.
The event will take place at Landmark Aviation 2450 N. Westshore Blvd. Doors open at 8:45 a.m.
Attendees are encouraged to bring as few personal items as possible, since they'll go through airport-like security. No bags, sharp objects, umbrellas, liquids or signs will be permitted at the venue.

Vice President Joe Biden will also be in Florida Wednesday campaigning for President Barack Obama's re-election.
A "grassroots event" will be at Sarasota's Municipal Auditorium at 801 N. Tamiami Trail. General public parking will be available at the Van Wezel lot behind the auditorium. Organizers are encouraging carpooling.
Doors for the Biden event open at 9 a.m.
Tickets are being distributed on a first-come first-served basis at two locations in Sarasota until 8 p.m. Tuesday -- Payne Park, 2050 Adams Lane, and Newtown Estates Park, 2800 Newtown Blvd.
