Free 'Music in the Park' series at Bradenton Riverwalk kicks off with Sarasota Pops

The Bradenton Riverwalk's exciting event schedule continues with Realize Bradenton presenting "Music in the Park," a family friendly, four-concert series that kicks off today at the Mosaic Amphitheater with a performance by the Sarasota Pops Orchestra from 5 to 7 p.m.

The program will include a tribute to All Saints Day and All Hallows Eve, as well as previews of its upcoming celebration of "Wedding Season," with vocalist Colton Cason crooning some of the favorites of Frank Sinatra.

Food and beverages will be available for sale while attendees are encouraged to bring blankets and lawn chairs.

As an added attraction, artists and artisans from Bradenton's Village of the Arts will be at the event, showcasing and selling jewelry, fashions, paintings, mosaics, food quilts and folk art from 4 to 8 p.m.
