What is the best business advice you have ever received?

To follow my guts and to be passionate about what I am doing, especially when it comes to working for a nonprofit.

If you could choose another profession, what would it be?

I'd love to be a professional horse show jumper, but I could not imagine a better job than the one that I have. To do something that makes such an impact on someone's life while also sharing my day with dogs and puppies is perfect.

What is the biggest risk you have ever taken in your career?

Changing from working for a for-profit to a nonprofit industry. Leaving a decent but unsatisfying job in order to do something where I could make a difference in the world.

If you could travel the world where would you start and why?

Paris, because I really am a hopeless romantic, and wind my way through Europe to see all the beauty of the European countryside.
