Keep Manatee Beautiful and Manatee County Sheriff’s Office Crime Prevention Unit, Florida Department of Juvenile Justice, the School District of Manatee County and the Southeast Residents Association are implementing that last part of the Keep America Beautiful Graffiti Hurts Grant.
