A bike rider pedals away after getting his chain and gears a shot of WD-40 at the Bill Galvano One Stop Center in Bradenton where two volunteers work on the bikes of homeless people. They fixe flats, rebuild old bikes, patch tubes and lube old chains, all for free. The materials and bikes are acquired through donations and a small amount of money spent by the center. The bike shop gladly accepts old bike parts and needs tubes and tires. The bike center is open Monday through Thursday, 8:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. TIFFANY TOMPKINS-CONDIE/Bradenton Herald TTOMPKINS@BRADENTON.COM Buy Photo
