British singer-songwriter Florence Welch, one the most acclaimed vocalists of the moment, and her indie rock/pop Machine, which were nominated last year for a Best New Artist Grammy, bring their "Ceremonials" tour to the USF Sun Dome on Tuesday.
Although Welch suffered a vocal cord injury in July, recent concert reviews note she has recovered completely, rocking audiences with performances of hit singles like "Shake it Out," "Spectrum" and "What the Water Gave Me."
