What is the best business advice you have ever received?

Try to improve your weak skills but put your emphasis on working to build your strengths and the aspects of your business that you're most passionate about.

If you could choose another profession, what would it be?

If I really think out-of-the-box it would be to participate in some way in the fashion industry.

What is the biggest risk you have ever taken in your career?

My biggest risk was leaving employment and starting my own management consulting firm over 30 years ago. I also view each of my new clients as somewhat of a risk since I custom design all the training and consulting I do.

If you could travel the world where would you start and why?

I have found the most exhilarating travel visiting exotic cultures like Burma and Irian Jaya and places of beauty like the American West and New Zealand.
