MANATEE — Robert Eihusen, 52, has been located and is getting help after being reported missing Sunday morning from a home on 32nd Avenue East, the Manatee sheriff's office reports.
Eihusen has a diminished mental capacity and is not able to care for himself, according to the original report. He was last seen leaving 7000 32nd Ave. E on foot, but does not know the area and has no known friends in the state.
