Q: What is best business advice you have ever received?

A: When somebody suggested it didn't matter, even if there was someone smarter than you or I was tenacious, creative and outworked everyone, I would be just fine and that has proven to be true.

Q: If you could choose another profession, what would it be?

A: I would love to be a writer, specifically on women's issues and even more specifically sharing my thoughts on how women can lead.

Q: What is the biggest risk you have taken in your career?

A: I felt it was risky when I transitioned from the corporate sector to managing a nonprofit organization.

Q: If you could travel the world, where would you start?

A: I love Italy and traveled there, but I still would love to see Greece. Lots of history there, and music and food.
