Never lose sight of what's going on in the front lines no matter how far up the ranks you are.

If you could choose another profession, what would it be?

I would enjoy motivational speaking and sharing my experiences through a challenging market with others.

What's the biggest risk you have taken in your career?

Moving from the Pacific Northwest to Florida was the biggest risk I have taken in my career. Real estate is such a localized industry, that I immersed myself in the Florida market.

If you could travel the world, where would you start?

I would start in Africa because the economy and market is so diverse and changing.
