Use "please" and "thank you" as frequent and as often as possible.

If you could choose another profession, what would it be?

I was an engineer, went into engineering, then sales engineering and then project marketing management and business turnarounds, and retired in 2007. I decided that I really enjoyed developing marketing and advertising strategies to help businesses become successful. And this is what I've always wanted to do.

What's the biggest risk you have taken in your career?

Funding and investing in a complete business development strategy using my own financial resources.

If you could travel the world, where would you start?

I think I would start in Australia.
