To hire the best people and give them the tools to succeed.

If you could choose another profession, what would it be?

I would love to have been a professional tennis player.

What's the biggest risk you have taken in your career?

Any time you change jobs you take a risk. I was fortunate to be selected by such a quality organization as Coastal Orthopedics.

If you could travel the world, where would you start?

While on vacation in Italy a few years back, we did not get a chance to see Rome. I'd go back to Italy and start in Rome.
