Briana Allyssa Conwell, 17, is the daughter of Sandra Pryor of Bradenton. She is a junior at Riverview High School, where she participates in Future Business Leaders of America and the Varsity Girls Weight Lifting Team. Her community activities include Youth United for Success Outreach Mentoring Program, Teen Age Volunteer-Sarasota Memorial Hospital and Manatee Teen Court.

Angelique Patricia Keren Ferdinand, 16, is the daughter of Shiller and Linda Ferdinand of Sarasota. She is a junior at Community Christian School, where she is a member of the National Honor's Society and has received honors for Science and History. She participates in concert band and volleyball. Her community activities include Trinity Mentorship.

Shira Takiea Greene, 17, is the daughter of Anthony Romes, and Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth Belvin. She is a junior at Palmetto High School, where she is on the Dean's List and participates in FCCLA (Family Career and Community Leaders of America). She participates in community activities at the Anna E. Gayle Center, Big Brothers and Big Sisters, and the Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc., Gamma Rho Zeta Chapter Archonettes youth group.

Shakeshia Nicole Hall, 17, is the daughter of Bruce A. Hall Jr. and Sandra Lewis. She is a junior at Palmetto High School, where she received honors for Most Valuable Player in Volleyball and Most Volunteer Hours. She participated in Varsity volleyball, Varsity weight lifting and the Spanish Club. Her community activities include Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc., Gamma Rho Zeta Chapter Archonettes youth group, where she is a step master of the Blue Banded Step Team.

Tyshira Mercedes Leaks, 17, is the daughter of Tiffany Shirley. She is a senior at Palmetto High School, where she has been on the Dean's List and participates in TV production. Her community activities include volunteering at the Palmetto Library and at G.T. Bray Center.

Alexandria Sade' Lindsay, 17, is the daughter of Alexander Lindsay and Jannette Dozier. She is a senior at Palmetto High School, where she participates in cheerleading, Student Government, Early Childhood Internship, and was a Freshman Vice President. Her community activities are with the Precious Pearls of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc., Lamda Omicron Omega Chapter.

Jamesia Devone Montgomery, 18, is the daughter of Jerry Montgomery. She is a senior at Palmetto High School, where she participates in the Early Childhood Education Internship and volunteers with the basketball and football teams, as well as the Palmetto Boys and Girls Club. Her community activities include her volunteer work at Palmetto Charter School and Kids on the Rock.

Briana Nikia Nelson-Canty, 17, is the daughter of James Canty and Evon Nelson. She is a junior at Lakewood Ranch High School, where she participates in FCCLA (Family Career and Community Leaders of America) and FBLA (Future Business Leaders of America). She has received honors for her role as State Secretary in FCCLA and received a Take Stock in Children Scholarship. Her community activities are with Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc., Gamma Rho Zeta Chapter, Archonettes.

Jodeci Nicole Walker, 17, is the daughter of Patressa Poole. She is a senior at Palmetto High School, where she was team manager for basketball and track and participates in TV production.

Her community activities include neighborhood clean-up, feeding the homeless, and Active Concern Teens.

Destiny Ra'Jen Weeks, 18, is the daughter of Robbie Williams. She is a senior at Palmetto High School, where she is a member of the National Honor Society, the Health Occupation Students of America (HOSA) Club, the Bible Club, and the Cheerleading Team. She received the Take Stock in Children scholarship. Her community activities include Big Brothers and Big Sisters, Blake Medical Center, Palmetto Headstart and the Palmetto Boys and Girls Club.
