The First District Court denied an appeal by Tampa General Hospital and Bayfront Medical Center to reconsider allowing a trauma center at Blake Medical Center on Wednesday, court records show.

The two hospitals were appealing an earlier court order which allows Blake Medical Center to operate a trauma center.

“The Court has determined that the order on appeal does not constitute an appealable order,” records show.
