n PTSD researcher and retired Army Col. Charles Hoge, “Treatment of War-Related PTSD: Meeting Veterans Where They Are.”

n Army Staff Stg. and Purple Heart recipient Tommy Rieman, “Personal Journey with PTSD.”

n Mental health advocate and former congressman Patrick Kennedy, “Brain Disease Can Be Tackled with a Concerted, Collaborative Effort.”

Documentary film screening: “Halfway Home,” a film featuring soldiers who have experienced PTSD, their families and caretakers will be shown at 10:45 a.m. The documentary is narrated by actor Martin Sheen. A question-and-answer session with the filmmaker and the event’s three speakers will follow the screening.
