No one hurt when gunshots fired at Bradenton home

MANATEE — About a dozen gunshots were fired at a Bradenton home late Monday, according to the Manatee County Sheriff's Office.

No one was hurt in the shooting, which happened about 11:37 p.m. in the 1700 block of 27th Avenue East.

Responding deputies found shell casings at the intersection of 27th Avenue East and 17th Street East, as well as damage to a residence and to a vehicle parked in front, according to a report. A resident of the house said he had heard about 12 to 15 gunshots.

As of this morning, there were no suspects in the case, according to the sheriff's office.
