BRADENTON -- Bradenton Christian School will hold its open house for the 2011-2012 school year 5:30-7:30 p.m. Thursday at its 3304 43rd St. W. campus.
Visitors will meet faculty and staff to learn about the school’s programs including free VPK preschool program. Tours of the 24-acre campus also will be available. The school has a student enrollment of about 550 in preschool-12th grade. BCS offers honors and AP courses, award-winning music and art, championship athletics, weekly chapels and media production.

Cardinal Mooney open house set
SARASOTA -- Cardinal Mooney Catholic High School in Sarasota will hold its annual open house to interested families Sunday from noon-2 p.m. at their 4171 Fruitville Road location.
Attending families will get the opportunity to meet faculty, students and staff. Tours of the campus will be available. Plus parents can learn about program offerings, academics and other activities available for their children.
