Submerged truck was stolen in home invasion robbery

MANATEE -- A vehicle was found completely submerged in the Braden River behind the 4400 block of 52nd Street East today about 9:23 a.m.

A tow truck was summoned and pulled the vehicle out of the water, according to a report from the Manatee County Sheriff's Office.

Once on shore, it was found to be the truck stolen in a home invasion robbery.
