Corey Hanewich had three hits and drove in four runs Saturday to lead the Lakewood Ranch softball team to a 13-3, five-inning win over host Lakeland McKeel Academy.
Hanewich had a single, double and triple.
Other leading hitters were Jenn Trotter (2-for-3, double, stolen base, two runs), Dana Hutchins (2-for-2, two RBIs, three runs), Taylor Newton (3-for-4, homer, three RBIs, two runs), Stacie Nelson (2-for-4, two doubles, two RBIs) and Becca Slowik (2-for-3, double, two runs).
Reliever Huntyre Elling earned her fifth win for Lakewood Ranch (11-1-1).

MANATEE 9, PORT CHARLOTTE 1 — Correlle Prime pitched a five-hitter with eight strikeouts to lead the host Hurricanes (7-1, 3-1 in Class 5A-District 10).
Austin Smith was 2-for-3 with an RBI, and Cord Sandberg had two RBIs.
