MANATEE — The Manatee Community Foundation wants to remind Manatee County high school seniors and college students to present applications by April 15 for consideration of the following scholarships:
n Olive Boyles Golden Scholarship, for females pursing a degree in business, economics, finance or similar course of study;
n MCF Education Scholarship, for students desiring to become teachers or related fields in education (excluding admission to USF and SCF Manatee);
n and the Lloyd Williams Scholarship, for students pursuing a degree in construction management or vocational studies in construction and the building trades.
Candidates for those scholarships must live in Manatee County and be U.S. citizens.
