TERRA CEIA — Two new model homes will open at Terra Ceia Bay Club this weekend, the developer said.
The 2,120-square-foot Bay View floor plan offers three bedrooms, two baths and a den. The Sunset floor plan features two bedrooms, two baths and a den with 2,039 square feet and a large lanai.
Both models were designed by Debbie Meihls, of Sand Dollar Interiors.
The models will be open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Mondays through Saturdays, and noon to 5 p.m. on Sundays.
Stephen A. Smith tapped by health care facilities
SARASOTA — Stephen A. Smith & Associates Advertising has been selected to develop custom publications for two health care facilities in the Tampa Bay region.
The USF Health Byrd Alzheimer’s Institute and Florida Hospital Zephyrhills have both selected the marketing communications firm to develop custom publications to address strategic communications objectives. Both seasonal publications will debut this spring.
Riverside Real Estate assumes management
BRADENTON — A real estate management firm with well-known leaders has taken on management of a major Manatee County building and two other properties.
Riverside Real Estate Co., headed by John M. McKay and Ronald Allen, has contracted to manage office space in the SunTrust building in downtown Bradenton, which contains 78,000 square feet of space. The firm also is the new manager of 60,000 square feet of office space next to Lakewood Ranch Medical Center in east Manatee County, and a medical office complex in west Bradenton, which Allen’s company, NDC Construction, actually helped build several years ago.
Wave Zone Skimboards unveils new Web site
MANATEE — Wave Zone Skimboards took live a new version of its Web site, wavezoneskim. com, in February. The site has seen hundreds of thousands of hits since first going online six years ago. The new site, designed by Bradenton-based Webtivity Designs, has links to Facebook and Twitter, keeping skimboard riders and industry contacts aware of the latest developments in both the product line and the skimboarding industry.
Local ADDY Award winners announced
SARASOTA — The American Advertising Federation-Suncoast Chapter announced the winners of the 2010 ADDY Awards at the annual awards gala Feb. 27 at the Serendipity Racquet Club. More than 200 entries were received in 80 categories.
The ADDY Awards is the largest and most comprehensive creative competition in the industry and the only major national creative competition with three rigorous levels of judging at the local, regional and national levels.
