Theresa Bishop Fieberts has joined Wagner Realty an an agent. A 28-year real estate veteran, she previously worked at Prudential Palms Real Estate for 13 years. Fieberts also is a founding member of the Green Realtor Alliance of Sarasota and serves on the boards of Renaissance Manor Inc. and Community Affordable Supported Living Inc., which provide housing for Southwest Florida residents with developmental disabilities and afflictions of mental health, co-occurring disorders and additions.

Ron Gordon and Reneé Marquiss of Xena Vallone Realty have earned the Short Sales and Foreclosure Resources certification from the National Association of Realtors.

Jacob Leech with Florida West Coast RC&D has been promoted to agriculture operations manager. He will now oversee the daily operations of two local farms – Gamble Creek Farm in Parrish and Geraldson Community Farm in Bradenton. Sarah Crane has been promoted to agriculture program manager. She will be developing training programs for small farmers and for community involvement in the farms.

Three new optometric physicians have joined the Center For Sight team: Dr. James Lenhart in the Venice office, Dr. Melissa Hammond in the Sarasota-University Park office and Dr. Casey Maloney in the Sun City office.

Dominique Quinn has been named vice president, retail branch manager for HomeBanc. She is based in HomeBanc’s Lakewood Ranch office, 6230 University Parkway. Quinn has more than 25 years of retail banking experience. Her community and professional affiliations include the Manatee and Sarasota chambers of commerce and the Lakewood Ranch Business Alliance.

The Florida Bar has recognized Larry Ronald Chulock for his work on behalf of poor and indigent clients. The Florida Bar President’s Pro Bono Service Award was established in 1981 to encourage lawyers to volunteer free legal services to the poor by recognizing those who make public service commitments and to raise public awareness of the substantial volunteer services provided by Florida lawyers to those who cannot afford legal fees.

Chulock is a sole practitioner at Larry R. Chulock, P.A., in Bradenton. His principal areas of practice are marital and family law, banking and commercial litigation. He has been active in pro bono service, primarily through Legal Aid of Manasota, Inc. He has been described as one of only a handful of attorneys who is willing to accept the most challenging cases and doesn’t limit his pro bono assistance to a single area. Some of his pro bono caseload has consisted of legal matters such as divorce, custody, visitation, child support and paternity.
