MANATEE - A 77-year-old man was arrested after he earlier today shot his son-in-law to death, according to the Manatee County Sheriff's Office.

Lim Chhea and the victim, 43-year-old Wilson Ngov, had recently been arguing over a goat, and "this apparently led to the shooting," a news release states. Chhea faces a murder charge.

There were four other people inside the residence at the time of the shooting, including two children ages 5 and 12. The wives of the victim and suspect were also in the residence. No one else was injured, according to the sheriff's office.

The shooting happened about 4 p.m. in the 44000 block of State Road 70 East.

This is the second homicide in Manatee County this year.
