BRADENTON — A 33-year-old Bradenton man was arrested for allegedly keeping a drug house Thursday, according to a Bradenton Police report.

Seth Gaylic Moser encountered police last month at a residence in the 2200 block of Seventh Street West after someone contacted authorities. Moser came home and told police he had syringes and spoons in his bathroom to shoot up oxycodone and Roxicet, and a loaded handgun, according to the report.

Police obtained a search warrant Thursday and found drugs throughout the house as well as a 38-special handgun.

Moser told police he had a prescription for his drugs. Police located a ledger at the residence. He told police he sold the medication to pay the bills at the residence, according to the report.

He was arrested on three counts of posession of drug paraphernalia and one count of keeping a public nuisance for drug activity.

Moser remained in jail on a $4,000 bond, according to the Manatee County jail Web site.
